There are several organizations to help people in need during and after a natural disaster but more needs to be done in terms of helping the women and children that are greatly affected by this.
Educating and bringing awareness to women and children before a disaster hits is important so that everyone can be prepared in case of emergencies and how to go about evacuating.
Since we know that natural disasters will generally hit specific countries then a possible solution would be aside from bringing awareness is to create camps that people can evacuate to in a safe area. It is difficult for this to work 100% of the time since many people do not have the means to get there and away from their homes but it is a start.
